The 12th Annual Eagles and Ivories Ragtime took place in unusually warm
weather in Muscatine, Iowa during the weekend of January 27 through January 29
featuring Sue Keller, Jeff Barnhart, Bob Milne, and Brent Watkins. With the Mad
Creek Mudcats Jazz Band joining in the after-hours revelry

Cedar Rapids, Iowa native Brent Watkins kicked off the show on
Friday night and also functioned as Master of Ceremonies. |
Jeff Barnhart followed, making his first appearance ever at the
Muscatine Festival. Jeff hails from Mystic, CT. |

After the break, Sue Keller, visiting from Chicago to make her 2nd
ever Muscatine appearance, put on her own little piano and vocal show. |
With Muscatine perennial favorite Bob Milne (making his 12th
appearance) closing out the Friday night show. Bob spends a couple of days a
year in Lepeer, MI... when he's not on the road performing. |

Also making a surprise appearance was Mike Schwimmer of the Elite
Syncopators, shown here accompanying Bob with his own custom marine-brass
washboard. Mike and Kit just happened to stop by while in transit between their
Cape Cod, MA and Minneapolis, MN homes in search of winter... which was no
where to be found. |
